Last week, a child was separated from his father as the doors to the New York City subway closed at the 14th Street-Union Square station, and whisked the young boy away. MTA Train Operator Christopher Lopez and Conductor Arron Corrian noticed the boy two stops later at 28th Street and Corrian stayed with the boy until police arrived. A few minutes later, the boy was reunited with his father and the MTA praised the workers for their “care and attention during a tense situation."
