When I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, I was shocked. And even once diagnosed, I was never able to feel the tumor. Thankfully, it was that small.
But many people find a lump in their breast. So, as long as you are doing to self exams... here is a great article about what a lump may feel like.
Think about the consistency of a pea, and usually not painful.
