Up until this week I thought you were supposed to whisk in some milk to "lighten" up your scrambled eggs. Turns out...not so much. 


It's long been used as a way to stretch your eggs. You'll have more eggs on your plate, but less flavor. 


I'm stunned. I thought it was fancy eggs. Turns out, it was just my Mom trying to feed us all.
