Family upset that cemetery has removed Halloween decorations on son's grave

A New Hampshire family is upset that a local cemetery has repeatedly removed the Halloween decorations they laid out on their son's grave. Some think the family has every right to decorate the grave however they want yet others think the display is inappropriate.
