Highs & lows - Cullman County Courthouse receives service dog

The Cullman County court system received a service dog this week, 2-year-old Brooksie who is trained to pick up on all types of feelings. Brooksie will help individuals in the juvenile system as well as children who have to testify in family court. Welcome to Cullman, Brooksie!
