Highs & lows - Jefferson County EMA not happy about April Fool's prank

Someone thought it was funny to post on Facebook yesterday that a train full of toxic waste had derailed in Jefferson County. Naturally, nearby residents were very concerned and continuously contacted Jefferson County EMA about evacuation plans but it was all part of an April Fool's prank.
