If you ordered a Burger King breakfast sandwich between October 2015 and May 2017 and used a BOGO coupon, Burger King might owe you $5! It comes as a result of a class-action lawsuit that contended Burger King charged coupon users a higher price for two "modified" sandwiches - defined as any without egg, cheese or a meat - than it would have if the person had ordered one regular Croissan'wich without the BOGO offer.
As part of the settlement, Burger King is offering $5 payments to those with a receipt to show how they were affected and $2 gift cards for those without a proof of purchase. All applicants must submit valid claim forms.
You can submit a claim and learn more about the case at www.bkcbogosettlement.com or by calling 1-877-468-0436.
Claims must be submitted by Jan. 19.
