On a flight from Denver to Pittsburgh from over the weekend, Captain John Ritchie surprised his one millionth passenger with champagne, an autographed copy of her boarding pass and he refunded her the price she paid for her ticket! Pretty awesome story especially with all of the negativity surrounding airlines these days!
