Estella Williams made headlines last year as the oldest serving school crossing guard in the state of South Carolina, at 94 years old. But after two decades of helping the students at Westside High School in Anderson stay safe, she decided it was finally time to retire. As the beginning of the school year approached, Williams got a call from the school district that they were in need of crossing guards, so she came out of retirement to do the job once more.
