FOX weather reporter Robert Ray was reporting on the heavy rain in North Texas when he saw a car get caught in rising floodwaters near I-35 in downtown Dallas. Shannon Murray of FOX 4 witnessed a woman’s car begin to sink into the deep floodwaters and saw as Ray ran to the car and helped the woman escape through the window. Ray then carried the woman through the waist-high water to safety.
