In 2017, David Jevotovsky was riding his bicycle in Manhattan when he was struck by a car, sustaining a serious brain injury that doctors weren’t sure he would survive from. Even after he was released from the hospital a month later, he was in a fog, broken, physically and mentally. But David was determined and surprised everyone with his recovery, returning to his studies and graduating from medical school just five years after the accident that nearly ended it all.
