Addy Smith was born with chronic lung disease and has lived her entire life in Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego.She has spent more than two years on a ventilator and undergone multiple surgeries. But now, after 848 days in the hospital, the baby girl is finally getting to go home to be with her family.
