Neighbors Chase, Hold Suspect Who Stole Car With Child Inside

On Friday morning, a man stole a vehicle with a three-year-old boy in the back seat in Portland, Oregon. The child’s father saw the incident and chased after the suspect, crashing his car into the stolen vehicle. The suspect fled the scene on foot, but a good Samaritan chased him down and, with the help of an Amazon driver, detained the alleged thief until police arrived.
