On Tuesday morning, Joseph Frost was headed to Chicago’s O’Hare Airport where he works as a federal officer with Homeland Security when he spotted a little girl walking in the road. Frost stopped his car and got out, asked the toddler where her parents were, then contacted police and waited until they arrived a few minutes later. Frost knows how dangerous the situation was and is glad that he was the one to find the child and that she’s now back with her guardian.
