Neighbor Jumps Into Icy Pond To Rescue Three Kids

This past weekend four children were playing on an iced over pond in a Denver suburb when the ice gave way and three of them fell into the frigid water. Dusti Talavera, 23, jumped into the pond and pulled two of the children out, but couldn’t get the third child out, so a teenage relative of the victim jumped in the water and pulled her out. First responders arrived and performed CPR on the girl, who wasn’t breathing, eventually getting her to breathe and transporting her to the hospital.
