Indiana high school students and staff are being recognized for their part in saving a teacher after a serious accident. New Castle Community Schools building trades teacher Don Criswell fell head-first nine feet down onto the concrete at a construction site in September. A pair of students and a fellow staffer came to his rescue, making all the difference in what could have been a fatal injury.
