A pair of California men intervened in what appeared to be an attempted kidnapping. In a video of the incident, a woman is seen approaching two women pushing a stroller, getting between the women and the stroller and chasing after them. Ashraf Ali saw the incident and ran to protect the baby from the would-be kidnapper and then another passerby ran over to help, too.
