A Minnesota teen is making a difference building custom wheelchairs for disabled animals.Over the last year, Shaine Kilyun has built about 10 wheelchairs using donations to buy supplies and donating her time.Lisa Leverdiere, with Home For Life Animal Sanctuary, says the wheelchairs Shaine has made for her organization have saved them close to $1-thousand.
