Susan Causey’s husband was going into diabetic shock, so she went to the closest McDonald’s drive-thru to get him an orange juice. The manager,James Dalpiaz, having learned from his aunt who also suffered from diabetes, recognized the urgency of the situation. He added some sugar to a juice and rushed it straight out to the waiting car, saving the man from going into a coma.
