A young hockey player saved the life of a referee who collapsed during a game at the Boston Sports Institute. Tom Parker is training to become an EMT and ran from his seat on the bench to do CPR on the official, who had fallen on the ice after a “medical episode.Parker did compressions and used a defibrillator on the ref, stabilizing him before he was taken to the hospital, where he’s in stable condition.
