Nicholas Balboa was walking his dog around midnight when he felt the shake and rumble as the condo building collapsed in Surfside, Florida. As he approached, he saw little fingers pop out of the rubble and heard a boy’s voice say, “Can somebody see me?” When police arrived, he directed them to the boy and they were able to pull him to safety
