High School Freshman Starts Scholarship For Kids With Learning Differences

A teen in Maryland has created a scholarship for students with learning differences and financial need. Scott Pawley is only 15, but he realized there was no existing scholarship for students in the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s Special Education and Inclusion programs, so he started one. The freshman at Calvert Hall College High School says, “I just think it’s good to help other people.”
