Almost 2 years of constant stress would take it's toll on anyone. Add in a global pandemic, political insanity, and a total loss of control, and it's no wonder we are all feeling a bit off.

But could it be more than that? Here are a few signs that it may have crossed over from stressed out to something more serious.

Are you always tired?

Are you super edgy?

Have you been more negative than usual?

How have you been sleeping? Waking up a bunch? Trouble going to sleep?

Achy? Tight Muscles? Easily bruising?

You don't want to do your usual things. You'd much rather just stay home.
