Whether its a morning work out, wearing the same clothes, or eating the same thing every morning... having a routine can greatly reduce anxiety all day!

Basically, the decision making part of your brain also controls your anxiety. By starting your day with a routine, you make less decisions to start the day. Less decisions, less anxiety.
