Prince George looks dapper in a new portrait taken by his mother, Kate Middleton, as she and Prince William celebrate their oldest child's 11th birthday.
On Monday (July 22), the Prince and Princess of Wales shared a new black-and-white photo on Instagram taken by Middleton of their eldest son smiling for the camera, posing in a white button-down shirt and black suit.
"Wishing Prince George a very happy 11th birthday today!" the caption reads.
The royals also shared a larger image of the portrait on their Instagram Stories, with some eagle-eyed followers noticing that the young royal is wearing what appears to be a braided friendship bracelet on his left wrist, per E! News. Friendship bracelets have seen a boom in popularity throughout Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, which George recently attended during her stop at Wembley Stadium las month, taking in the show with his sister and father, who showed off his killer "dad dancing" moves. The three royals even snapped a pic with the Midnights singer herself as well as her NFL star boyfriend Travis Kelce.
The royal family has a tradition of sharing portraits to celebrate their three children's birthdays, with Prince Louis getting a dedication in April as he turned 6 years old and Princess Charlotte being honored when she turned 9 in May. Prince William also got his own celebratory post last month in a casual photo, also taken by Middleton, of the future King of England enjoying a day at the beach with his kids.
