Josh Turner's Tour Bus Involved In Fatal Crash While Traveling To A Show

Josh Turner's tour bus was involved in a fatal crash on Wednesday (September 18) in California. The bus was carrying Turner's road crew, however, Turner himself was not on the bus at the time of the crash. The collision tragically left one person dead and seven others injured, according to the San Luis Obispo Fire Department.

Turner's tour bus was traveling eastbound on Highway 46 in San Luis Obispo County, Calif., after his show at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles when the fatal accident occurred. The crew for Turner's tour was headed to Washington for the next show, which was scheduled for Thursday (September 19). According to the fire department, the bus's driver veered off the roadway and drove the bus into an embankment. The cause of the accident is not known at this time.

According to the fire fighters who responded to the scene of the crash, two people had to be airlifted to a hospital after suffering major injuries, while five others were hospitalized via ambulance for moderate injuries. The deceased has not yet been identified. It's believed that everybody injured during the crash were passengers on the bus.

Tuner has not yet publicly addressed the tragic accident. Our thoughts are with everybody involved.
