City of Birmingham employees get 4 weeks off for being organ donors

The City of Birmingham has a new policy for its employees - if you donate a kidney or part of your liver, you could get 4 weeks off of work! Donate bone marrow and you could get 1 week off. There have been several folks who have already helped save lives and they're hoping this new policy inspires others to do the same.
