Jennifer Lopez Spills On Cardi B Motherhood Advice

Jennifer Lopez maintains one of the busiest schedules in Hollywood, so it's only expected that the pop titan knows the ins and outs about balancing her work and her personal life. As the mother of 10-year-old twins Max and Emme, the triple threat was asked if she had any advice for her "Dinero" collaborator Cardi B's newest era with baby Kulture and her response was all too telling.

"I know. Everybody's asking me that," the Las Vegas performer told iHeartLatino's Enrique Santos. "They're like, 'Do you have any advice for Cardi?' No, I don't have [any]. When I was pregnant and I had my kids, and they were little, everybody has advice for you. And honestly, you're, like, 'Just leave me be and let me figure it out myself.' Which you will, and you do."

Lopez went on to confess that every mother and child bond is different, so maternal advice doesn't come as some sort of universal language. "I'm just like, 'Yay! You had a baby. She's healthy. That's all that matters,'" she continued.

Elsewhere in the interview, Lopez took time to speak about her forthcoming romantic/comedy, Second Act, which is scheduled to hit theaters on November 21. "It's a story about a woman who works in a superstore, and she's passed over for the manager's job and she just has to re-evaluate her life," she explained. "It's about second acts, and starting over, and realizing the mistakes you made led you to exactly where you're supposed to be. It's a really, really sweet movie. I've seen it already. I'm really proud of it. It turned out to be more than I even thought it would."
