Jake Manna was installing solar panels on a rooftop in Plymouth, Massachusetts, when he heard that people in the neighborhood were looking for a missing five-year-old autistic girl. He wasn’t familiar with the area, but decided to help look for the girl, heading down a rural trail where he soon found her and pulled her from a stream. Police later posted on social media calling Manna a “guardian angel,” thanked him for his selfless act, and presented him with a certificate and Command Coin from the department.
