In Arkansas, four veterans get their high school diplomas almost 70 years after leaving high school to join the military. Carl Stults, Bobby Burke, Charles Leroy Moon, and Bob Self were on track to graduate with the Springdale High School class of 1956 when they dropped out to serve overseas. This past weekend, the four vets finally got to walk across the stage and get their high school diplomas and are now honorary graduates of Springdale High School’s class of 2022.
