Arizona teen Julia Mitchell was working to buy her first car when she was diagnosed with cancer last year, ending her car plans. Last week, dozens of friends and supporters of the teen paraded by her house to wish her a happy 16th birthday, One supporter even gifted Julia a Volkswagen Beetle for her to use when she’s feeling better.
