A Texas eight-year-old is making and selling cupcakes to buy gifts for kids in foster care. Summer Linn from Pearland spent her Thanksgiving break baking more than 2-thousand cupcakes to raise money to buy Christmas presents. The third-grader has pledged to buy gifts for 13 kids in foster care so they can feel wanted and loved this holiday.
