Hospital Staff Donates 240 Hours Of Time Off To Coworker For Surgery

Staff at an Idaho hospital donated their paid-time-off hours so their coworker could get life-saving surgery. In the last two years,Elizabeth Obregon has dealt with cancer, gotten pregnant, had COVID while pregnant, delivered a baby, and managed being a single mom while working full time. She needed more surgery to keep her cancer at bay, but couldn’t take time off, so her coworkers donated 240 hours of paid-time-off to help her out.
