A mountain biking man in Minnesota survived a brutal accident thanks to a stranger, who happens to be an emergency room doctor.Todd was on bike trails when he took a violent fall and luckily,Dr. Jesse Coenen was there to help medics who were working on Todd.The doc performed an impromptu tracheotomy so Todd could breathe and it saved his life.
