Bill Scott got a call from his ham radio friend,Skip, who lives hundreds of miles away and dialed Bill by mistake while he was on the floor in need of help.Bill’s wife, a retired nurse, recognized the signs of a stroke in Skip and they called 911 to send life-saving medical help to Skip.
