An 18-year-old on a boogie board saw a mom and son struggling to swim at a North Carolina beach and saved their lives.Travis Shrout, a former lifeguard, passed his board to Ashley Bachelor and swam further into the Atlantic Ocean to rescue her 10-year-old son.As he helped them both make it back to shore, other swimmers joined to get all three in safely.
