Jefferson Women Behind the Badge are hosting a candlelight vigil tomorrow at 6:30PM at City Hall to honor the life of Sgt. Wytasha Carter. Family and friends will gather for the visitation on Friday from 12-6 p.m. at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel on Gadsden Highway.Sgt. Carter’s funeral will be held at 11 a.m. at the BJCC Legacy Arena on Saturday.
